What it is
A deliberately brief book arguing that most coaches talk too much and advise too early. It gives seven questions — starting with "What's on your mind?" and ending with "What was most useful for you?" — and tells you to stay quiet after asking them.
Best for
Anyone whose sessions have drifted into monologue. It is a two-hour read that changes next week's calls, which is a better return than most courses.
Watch out for
It is about conversation, not programming. Nothing in it helps you write a training block — and applied mechanically, the seven questions sound like a script.
