Best for
Live one-to-one sessions and small group calls, particularly where clients are older or less technical and any friction costs you the session.
Watch out for
The free tier's meeting length limit lands mid-session if you run groups. If you record sessions, decide where recordings live and tell clients — a coaching recording is a client record.
