What it is
A web-based personality questionnaire in the Myers-Briggs family, dressed up in language ordinary people enjoy reading. Clients get a long, flattering write-up of their type for free.
Best for
Breaking the ice in a first session. Asking a new client to take it before you meet gives you fifteen minutes of easy conversation about how they like to be held accountable, how they respond to structure, and what kind of feedback lands.
Watch out for
It is entertainment-grade, not clinical. Treat the result as something the client believes about themselves — which is genuinely useful — rather than as a fact about them. Do not let a four-letter code decide a programme.
